[Gnumed-devel] large-text test results

As an interim solution for test results with "large" bodies
of text I have, for the time being, installed the following
behaviour:

Of multi-line alphanumeric test results only the first
non-empty line will be shown in the cell, followed by "...".

If an alphanumeric result is longer than 4 lines the cell
tooltip will switch to displaying just the result text, not
any of the other goodies which usually populate the tooltip
of a cell.
