[Gnumed-devel] medications plugin

I have added functionality for the user to be able to select
one test results panel to be used to display results for
monitoring atop the current medications grid.

If no panel is selected the screen space will be returned to
the grid.

If there is the GFR is, too, attempted to be estimated (if
not found as a stored measurement and if any measurement
thereof is not more than 3 months older than the most recent
creatinine measurement).

Suggested test results to be on the panel might include:

INR
sodium (K)
blood glucose
HbA1c
blood pressure
weight
pulse
QT time
GOT
GPT
yGT
serum creatinine
GFR
TSH
leucocytes/erythrocytes (chemotherapy, metamizol)
thrombocytes (NMH)
any number of serum drug levels (anticonvulsants, digitoxin, ...)

Since any test type for which there's no results in a
patient will simply be skipped and not displayed it does not
hurt to have, say, drug levels on the panel (they'll show up
if monitored ;-)

Other things to monitor/be aware of like age, pregnancy,
breast-feeding, allergies are being displayed in the top row
panel anyway already.

Note that this does NOT amount to suggestions which
measurements SHOULD be monitored. That requires a different
approach.
