Not with explicit client support. I recommend
opening two clients side by side and and use
copy-paste.

Right-click on the corresponding encounter in
the EMR tree. Select "Edit notes". That list
will allow for deletion of selected notes (at
least from the clinical tables but NOT from
the audit system).
I recommend first editing the notes and
inserting
WRONG PATIENT. DELETED.
at the top, saving, and then deleting.
That way you'll have on file in the audit system a
record of why the note was deleted.
