I will look into this. However I am concerned about the way it is handled
right now. There is a risk that a perfectly good database is overwritten by a
fresh one.
I will be looking into provinding a batch file which will let you choose to
either bootstrap from scratch or upgrade. Thanks for making me aware of this.
