Almost. It is related to the language setting in which
PostgreSQL will deliver error messages.
C meaning "no translation".
In some cases GNUmed has to parse the *text*
of the error message in order to show a meaningful
message box.

It should, too, because GNUmed explicitely checks for "C".
Again, gm-adjust_db_settings.sh is there to help
deal with such things.
