[Gnumed-devel] Patient Export Area

Attached the first screenshot of the new Patient Export Area.

This area temporarily holds documents related to a patient
which were put there by users until further processing.
Documents can originate from files on disk, from the
permanent document archive, from drag-and-drop, or from
documents created from templates.

Documents in the Export Area can be printed, faxed, mailed,
saved to disk (think USB sticks), burnt onto media (think
CD/DVD), or put into the permanent document archive.

Digital disposal (save/burn/mail) will allow for adding
a gallery-style overarching HTML page.

Since all this happens in the database collection of
documents to include can start/restart on any client
(think a doctor creating a letter, a secretary
adding a bunch of documents from the archive, and
an office trainee burning to CD and mailing them).

This will also allow for "deferred printing", that is,
putting documents into the Export Area which is
then shown on another client and the documents
printed on a printer local to *that* client. We
regularly use this to prepare forms in the exam
room and have them printed (and handed to the
patient) at the front desk when the patient leaves.
