[Gnumed-devel] GNUmed clipboard use

I have added clipboard support to several places in GNUmed.

- when adding a new document parts can be loaded from the clipboard

- parts can be added to documents from the clipboard in-tree

- items can be added to the export area (new) from the clipboard

It doesn't matter whether the clipboard contains
text or an image ...
