My last screenshot showed a combination of radio buttons for

        Sort by:  (   ) Health issue     (   ) Brand     (   ) Episode     (   
) Started

and check-boxes for

        [   ]  Inactive     [   ] Unapproved

so I am not sure what was the change in these in your own last screenshot.
