Good catch. This will pop up here and there where I forgot to
check for the units of a test result being NULL. Here you've
entered an ECG finding as a (textual) test result (nice
creative use :) for which GNUmed does not enforce a unit
being set.
Fixed in 1.5 branch.
Please do report suchlike.
