The user guide and administrator guide could be one pdf or 2 separate pdfs while the developer guide should be a separate pdf at https://www.gnumed.de/documentation/GNUmedManual.html

Anyway its just a suggestion if its too hard to implement. Without proper documentation, a project does not scale up fast enough.

I agree with your idea that a PDF version can be helpful.

Can you give us a link "from where" on the website the manual
should start ?  We can check whether things can easily be
turned into a PDF.
