Unfortunately, the launchpad translation site does not have
uptodate translation text.
The safest way is to get a copy of the git tree and to start
translations in .../gnumed/client/po/es.po using a tool like
poedit, or even manually, and post it here.

GNUmed really should detect the language your system is set
to and use that language automatically. If it does not
please send a log file for inspection :-)
