[Gnump3d-devel] [PATCH] Fix Random Playlist with unicode path name

Hi,

Attached is a patch which fix the issue with random playlist
containing unicode path.
The unicode characters are not url encoded in the playlist.

I also add the following to my gnump3d.conf. My chinese songs are
showing up nicely.
I am very happy. :-)

  add_meta_tag = <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=utf8">

I have also added support for WMA tags.  ( I do use WMA. :-P )
I can send the patch if anyone care about it.
