Got it to update the archive size to 21 GB! It seems that it was a permissions
problem. As root, I did this:
chown -R linuxhippy {symbolically linked directory or filename}
Then I typed gnump3d-index to get it to update and then ran with gnump3d
--background.
ID3 tags still are uninformative, showing this:
BITRATE 128
FILENAME 02_perfect_family
LENGTH 02:57
MTIME 1142733095
SIZE 2832926
