Well, it was not. It is now. Sorry for that. Mind that the current CVS is 
0.4.0pre and totally incompatible with 0.3.x. The hostlist will not work and 
no 0.3.x client will exchange only one byte of data with you. And to make
things worse, there is still at least one modification pending until the 
protocol is "stable" in the sense that it will be forward-compatible with 
0.4.x (and hopefully lots of versions after that :-)
