Periodically gnunet scans the ~/gnunet/data/hosts/ directory to "learn"
new hosts that it has discovered.
Why not just "learn" the new hosts as they are discovered ?
It would be simpler as it wouldnt need the code that provides cron like
functionality in gnunet.
(maybe i misuderstand whats going on)
