[GNUnet-developers] Silc Server Change

Hello All,
the silc server has been temporarily moved from dbaseiv.net to
daemon.ecn.purdue.edu. The server has been upgraded to version 0.9.10.1, so
people may need to upgrade their clients. This move will be in place until I
get a hardware replacement at the old facility, which could be anywhere from a
week to 6 months, I will let the list know when this happens. Thanks.
