[GNUnet-developers] [patch] Win32 port

Hi,

with the attached patch applied, GNUnet (without the GTK-interface)
builds under Win32.
Requirements:
 - CYGWIN runtime environment (http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/)
  - default packages plus autoconf, automake, gcc, gdbm, libiconv,
libintl, libtool, make, openssl and openssl-devel
  - libintl.la and libintl.dll.a in /lib. Both files are mising in the
current libintl package, take the attached ones instead

The patch fixes linking problems, solves compiling errors and provides
alternatives to incompatible code.
However, GNUnet doesn't run under CYGWIN yet, there are crashs
everywhere.
