There was a small bug in the PHP code. Should be fixed now.  On a related 
note, it seems that the GNU page does not even do the "every 24h" periodic 
update at the moment, so it may actually take a bit longer until the 
translated page appears on gnu.org (I've contacted them, and so for now we'll 
just have to wait).
