I get something very similar, but maybe different results can help. I
was running gnunetd for about 6 hours and I had 13 connected peers.

Two threads seem to have an uncompressible activity : 0.2% and 2.7%
don't vary, the others seem to be reducible when needed. My kernel
functions don't appear as yours, maybe an issue on 2.6 kernel.

milan:/# ps -m --cumulative --format "pid command %cpu time wchan" 1351
  PID COMMAND %CPU TIME WCHAN
 1351 /usr/local/bin/g 0.0 00:00:05 -

Hope this can help...
