[GNUnet-developers] GNUnet 0.7.0a released

This is a pure bugfix release. The most critical kinds of bugs fixed concern 
dropped connections and crashing processes.  Updating should be trivial 
(recompile, install, stop gnunetd, run gnunet-update, start gnunetd) and is 
highly recommended.  

You can download the code from all GNU mirrors or from the URLs given below.  
Note that you need GNU's libextractor, the latest version is 0.5.7 (but there 
should not be a strict need to use the latest version).
