Hi everyone,

GNU (and thus GNUnet and GNU Taler) was accepted for this years GSoC.

There is still some time left until students can start to apply.

If you are going to mentor, you can already register, sending this
information to Guiseppe Scrivano and José Marchesi:

Name: <your name>
Email: <email to use on summerofcode.withgoogle.com>
AltEmail: <any other email you want to share>
Phone: <phone, mandatory>
Project: <the project for what you are going to mentor>

After they get this information, they will send you an invitation for
summerofcode.withgoogle.com.

Phone and AltEmail are not going to be shared publicly.

If you are a student who wants to do one of the GNU-related GSoC
projects (https://www.gnu.org/software/soc-projects/ideas-2017.html),
this is the time to start talking to us and prepare the application.

If you know a student who might be interested, this is the time to tell
them...

Happy hacking!

Christian
