[GNUnet-developers] Mantis: Create "gnURL" project/category

Since we will have gnURL for some time longer and I'm currently
crafting further changes on top of cURL (still only names, nothing
technical so far besides build-system), I don't want distro package maintainers
to rant into silent chambers (complain on their own bugtrackers).
As we already have a bugtracker, could anyone with administrative privileges
on our Mantis set up category "gnURL" for bug reports?
