I don't know if we can -- going to:

https://events.ccc.de/congress/2017/wiki/index.php/Form:Session

it still says:

"NOTE: Creating Self organized Sessions isn't possible right now. Please
try it later. :)"

which is why I've not yet announced a place for the GNUnet e.V. meeting
as well; it seems the system isn't ready yet.  If I'm mistaken and it is
possible somewhere to reserve a location, please let us know!
