Today, student application starts.
There is no page for GSoC 2018 (or 2017) only 2016. Is that the one you refer 
to?

Anyway, Phil (in CC as I do not know if he is subscribed to this ML) is 
planning to apply for my project  regarding REST APIs/Web UI.
