Something is not quite right with our configure check for gtk+-3 in gnunet-gtk.

C-version of pkg-config finds gtk+ in version 3.
perl-version of pkg-config finds everything but gtk+. The weird thing: it picks 
up
gtk+-2 although I provide gtk+-3 to the recipe.
I'm not super familar with the m4 files at this point, but I see nothing too
obvious that would make the perl based one mix this up. What's more, this mixup
should be impossible.

gnunet-dev-gtk inherits from gnunet-dev which in turn inherits from gnunet in
guix source. None of them has gtk+-2 in their inputs, and even if there were
I'm providing gtk+ which defaults to version 3 and would replace any 2.
