Sure !
In the router GUI in the browser, go to
Internet -> Abilitazioni [Abilitazione: Befähigung, Zulassung]
There's a button with the label: "Aggiungi dispositivo per abilitazioni" (roughly: add a device for which enablings)
You add your device
This makes the Gnunet line for upnp work
Without this, it doesn't work (a different one works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
