Dear GNUnet hackers,

I've managed to move Rexxnor's defense talk and adjusted the schedule
based on your feedback:

* Arrival

Saturday:
* Micro-bug-squashing party:
  - Mantis
  - Static analysis
  - compiler warnings
* Dogfood-ing Part 1 (and squash the bugs you find!)
  [t3sserakt: I think Sunday is pretty full, and why not start with
   this early?]

Sunday:
* Minefield surveys: Update on project status, roadblocks, next steps
  - TNG (Grothoff)
  - Reclaim:ID (Schanzen)
  - SecuShare (xrs/t3sserakt)
  - Taler (Florian)
  - PEP (Hernani)
  - Documentation (Sva)
  - Fog-of-Trust (Jeff)
  - CI (dvn)
  - Funding (Nana)
  (each 30 minutes max)

Monday:
* Focus: GNS
  - Ascension (rexxnor, presentation @ 11am)
  - GNS-Go project (Bernd, Schanzen)
* GNUnet packaging for distros (all)
  => See also ng0's topic on http://pkgsrc.se/wip/gnunet
     (AFAIK this falls under packaging)

Tuesday:
* Focus: TNG
  - code review communicators
  - communicator testing
  - design discussion(s)

Wednesday:
* Focus: Documentation
  - Web site
  - Handbook
  - Onboarding / outreach activities
* Rethinking organization: towards a GNUnet Coop
* Dogfood-ing Part 2 (fits documentation & onboarding)

Thursday:
* Focus: CI
  - CI setup
  - release process

Friday:
* Focus: Taler
  - demo usability
  - i18n
  - strategy discussion

I hope to see many of you there!

-Christian
