GNUnet TNG QUIC Communicator

Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself and the project I am working on with 
GSoC (Google Summer of Code). My name is Marshall and I am a university student 
from the United States.

This summer I am going to be working on the QUIC communicator as a new feature 
to the transport layer. I’m very enthusiastic to begin working on this and I 
hope to have it working by the beginning of August.
