Launchpad 1.0.0 release soon?

I'm pretty satisfied with the current state of the libraries. I've
compiled and tested them on:

LinuxPPC (ppc-redhat-linux)
Solaris 2.6 (sparc-sun-solaris2.6)
Cygwin 1.1.8DLL (i686-pc-cygwin)

I'm still having a few problems getting gnustep-guile working on cygwin.
I can also get it to compile on mingw32, but the ObjC runtime doesn't
get the class constructors for some reason (although apparently other
people don't have this problem). I don't want to delay the release just
for this stuff. Perhaps a later release will fix that.

I also need to update some of the docs and probably make some sort of
'press release'. If no one else has any concerns, I'll probably release
it fairly soon.
