There's nothing inherently 'wrong' with the license, in fact it seems to be GPL-compatible (as far as I can see), similar to the X11 license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html).

This makes it a fairly permissive license, however. For instance, you could take the library and add your own code and resell the library as a proprietary produce (and not release the source code).
