There's a Wiki project on SourceForge, http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/
that can be used 'inside' PHP- and/or PostNuke (AFAIK) that would make
it pretty easy to send notifications out (through *-Nuke) if Wiki doesn't
support it. Haven't used it, though.
