autogsdoc and subprojects

Hi,

I have few more questions about autogsdoc.

How can I include reference for documentation from subprojects to be included 
in the top project focumentation contents? Somtehing like this:

MyFramework documentation

Contents
   Subproject_documentation_name1
   Subproject_documentation_name2
   ...
   Class Index

Is there a way to create an index of all classes from all subprojects in the 
project (framework)?
