FYI: Apple's EOF documentation updated

Hi,

GDL2 developers/users are probably interested to know that Apple  
updated its EOF documentation (it hadn't been done since WO4.5.1).  
Though they are talking Java-only, information is still pertinent for  
GDL2's ObjC implementation.
