P.S. I didn't mean to scare anyone with the 'maintainer' label. I just
put down names of people who probably know the most about a particular
project and would be best able to determine where it should go. I'll
still do the administrative stuff, at least for the core libraries,
although it's nice when others can do that for the other projects.
