Adding a second key here seems like bloat. If a developer has to set a key in the plist to get the help to work, he might as well set GSHelpContentsFile. Thus, I think it would be better to not forcibly add .rtf to GSHelpContentsFile if it already has an extension (which, due to the NSBundle interface, would need to be done by removing the extension and passing it in as the type). A patch to do that would be ok.
