The behavior of this on Cocoa is not matching GNUstep's.
On Cocoa if both rects are equals, one would contain another.
ie. using >= and =< instead of > and <.
I want it like Cocoa's behavior. Since NSContainsRect is not widely used,
can we just change it now to prevent any confusion in future?
