Hello David,

I just quickly scanned over these changes.  Thanks for cleaning up.  I
have a few nits though:

DO - Distributed Objects is proper noun (capitalized) as it is a feature
that I believe was even packaged separately (with PDO - Portable
Distributed Objects).

You also hoisted FreeBSD to be a primary platform.  Could you explain
why?  I don't believe it gets tested very often.  We do have posts here
and there when things happen to break but the same is true for NetBSD or
Solaris.  Judging from development activity Windows would be more of a
candidate but that of course would contradictory to the statement we are
trying to make here :-)
