Nib loading support -- Progress

All,

Attached is a file showing the loading of the attached nib file using the code 
on the NibCompatibility branch.  As you can see, I'm having some success in 
reading native nib files.

This is just scratching the surface.   I am going to do more testing in the 
following days.
