All,

The recent NIB compatibility work is for 10.2.x or later nibs only. Keyed
coding is specifically mentioned in the ANNOUCE for gui, but it may not have
been clear.

Older nibs will have the structure:
objects.nib
info.nib
classes.nib

Newer, 10.2, nibs will have the structure:
keyedobjects.nib
info.nib
classes.nib

The 10.2 nibs are the ones which will work. For the older nibs, it's a simple
matter of loading them into InterfaceBuilder.app and converting them, if you
have access to a Mac.

Older typed stream nibs have been deprecated by Apple, along with the
NSArchiver/NSKeyedArchiver classes.

Later, GJC
