guessing file or data encoding

Hi,

we are using GSMime for parsing of mails. (Which works fine if the mails are 
all standard compliant)

But there are people sending out mails like:

Subject: 7% bei example.com ** Unsere Frühjahrsangebote: Portofrei und auf 
Wunsch mit Rechnung: **

is there anything we can do? like this?
