PS: I'd like to fix the long-standing bug

but I'm away from my Apple so can't fix it for 10 days or so.  Anyway,
the bug is present in all past releases as well, so shouldn't stop 2.0.6,
which has a lot of nice bugfixes and small enhancements compared to 2.0.5.

We'll have to postpone fixing bug #23126 to 2.0.7.
