Final call for ABI requests

Hi Everyone,

I haven't made any changes to the transitional non-fragile ABI for a few weeks,
so I think I'm happy with it. If there are any features that you want added
then speak now, or forever hold your peace.

I'd like to do a 1.0 release of libobjc2 soon, so that it's ready before the
next GNUstep and clang stable releases.

There's still one show-stopper bug in clang (a bug in how LLVM generates DWARF
EH frames which causes a crash whenever you try unwinding through functions
that @catch anything other than id), but apparently it's being worked on.

David
