LLVM Code Freeze

Hi everyone,

The code freeze for LLVM 2.7 is on the 21st of February.  LLVM 2.7 will 
incorporate the first official release of Clang capable of building GNUstep and 
GNUstep applications, so please can we test it thoroughly.  

I also aim to release libobjc2 at the same time as LLVM 2.7, so the 
transitional non-fragile ABI will be finalised by then.
