declaration after statement as GCC option

Hi,

somebody suggested and added a certain flag to allow older gcc's to cope 
with some of the c99 features.

Unfortunately that flag is not accepted by gcc 2.95 which was object of 
the discussion:

Making all for subproject ObjectiveC2...
 Compiling file runtime.c ...
cc1: Invalid option `-Wdeclaration-after-statement'
