I believe it's fair to say that I've been improving and working on it
quite a bit since you and Fred did the initial work.

So, you propose that ALL apps look ugly under windows instead of at
least try to blend in.   The best way to get fixes for the windows
theme is to put it into use.

I'm not sure what you're referring to here.
