Regardless of whether they are good or bad, writing ChangeLog entries is a
standard
we are following for development. I look at the ChangeLog in each project
in core/ and expect to find all the changes documented there, because that's
what
is the agreed standard. We can't have one person who actively commits
non-compliant
changes, as that disrupts the standards of the entire project.
So, what can we do to make this disruptive behaviour stop ? It's exasperating.
