Re: libobjc2 not detected by GNUstep Make when installed in /usr/local

You are probably using a platform where /usr/local is not on the standard 
search paths.  If so, then you need to specify PREFIX= when you are building 
it.  Most Linux distributions don't differentiate system libraries from 
installed ones, so they probably want you to put it in /usr.
