Cairo Filter

I just added the use of the BILINEAR filter in the cairo backend, per 
default the GOOD filter gets used. Could you all please test, whether 
this change causes any problem for you (changed runtime, worse result?).
The expected behaviour is only a slight increase in runtime and a 
marginally better result.
