OK, I'll try to be helpful this time. Looking at the full output, I see that 
Jenkins performs the following build steps:
+ cd /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/gnustep/workspace/dev-apps
+ cd gorm
+ make GNUSTEP_INSTALLATION_DOMAIN=SYSTEM debug=yes messages=yes install
Here you should be performing make distclean first to get rid of the broken 
dependency file (or any remnant of a broken build in case it happens).
