Hi,
I've created a patch for GSInfoPanel.
The problem is the current code uses only Info-gnustep.plist and doesn't
check for Info.plist - probably unlike the rest of GNUstep.
The patch not only fixes that, but also somewhat reduces code
duplication by using the dictionary from NSBundle.
